If your order has damaged or missing items

We pride ourselves on our quick same-day dispatch, and always aim to get your orders out on time and safely packaged for transit. We operate high definition cameras on our dispatch tables to make sure that all our orders are picked and packed correctly before dispatch, but in the event, we do mess up your order and you find we’ve sent the wrong item/s or something is missing or damaged, please get in touch with our Support Team who will resolve this for you immediately.

If your order is lost in transit / stolen from your property

If/ your parcel is overdue its delivery and showing no signs of movement please contact our support team using the button below. We will launch an investigation with your chosen shipping carrier and in the event, the parcel can't be located and deemed missing, we will offer you your options to resolve the issue,

If/ you have opted for No-Signature Required and given the courier authority to leave the parcel on your property, you have also waived the responsibility to the carrier if the parcel is stolen from your property. We can still launch an investigation on your behalf to try and locate the parcel, but if the investigation concludes that the parcel was correctly delivered to the property addressed on the shipping label and the parcel was stolen, this will not be covered by your shipping carrier.
